St. Mark... 
-is a community marked with the cross of Christ to share daily bread, the forgiveness of sins and the holy presence of God. Since we are sinners by nature and saints by grace, all are welcome in this place. We serve to make the surprises of God's love real in our world.  -is a community that proclaims Christ crucified and resurrected, laughing and crying together, faithful when the cross beckons, hopeful in the darkness, believing that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. -offers Holy Communion weekly on Sunday and
Wednesday to all people and uses Evangelical Lutheran Worship to provide worship services that are a blend of traditional and new liturgies and songs. -has participated in the Parish Nurse program since 1986.
Bonnie Storm RN and Diane Swanson RN are available for health questions, blood pressure checks and health education.
-is in partnership with St. Stephen Lutheran Church, an African
American ELCA congregation on the south side of Chicago. The congregations pray for each other's ministry and schedule regular visits between the two congregations.
-is a supporter of the newly formed Siouxland Lutheran Mission
Center and it's goals to provide services to those less fortunate.  -is a member of the Lutheran Lakeside Camp association. 
-is the home of the Western Iowa Synod's most dangerous worship band- CELEBRATE!
