Pastor John F. Hagberg B.A. Gustavus Adolphus College, 1971. M.Div. Northwestern Lutheran Theological Seminary, 1975. Prior service: Bethesda-Salem Lutheran Parish, Strandquist Minnesota, 1975-1979. Pastor of St. Mark since 1981. Pastor Hagberg is a faculty member of the Western Iowa Synod's Lay School of Ministry. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his bicycle, especially on RAGBRAI, baseball, fishing in northern Minnesota, barbequing and listening to classic rock and roll and the blues. He also appears weekly on Wednesdays at 8:50 AM on radio KOOL 99.5 for a segment called "Soul Man."
DeeEtta Riley- Minister of Music DeeEtta has served St. Mark as the Minister of Music for nearly 30 years. An outstanding musician, she serves as the keyboard player and organist, choir director, bell choir director and as the music director of Celebrate. She also plays violin in the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra.
Erin Dreeszen- Pastoral Assistant Erin joined the staff at St. Mark in October 2007. She is in charge of volunteer coordination, oversees Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, works with Parents and families, and shares leadership with Pastor Hagberg in High School and Middle School youth ministries. She also manages our Internet ministries and coordinates our Cooking With Love program.
